Eligibility Criteria:
1. Deputy General Manager (Vigilance):
- Qualification: MBA (HR) / Two years PG Degree/Diploma in Industrial Relations / Personnel Management / Labour Welfare / MSW / MA (Public Administration) / LLB from a recognized University/Institution
- Experience: Minimum 60% marks with 10 years’ experience
2. Assistant Manager (Vigilance):
- Qualification: MBA (HR) / Two years PG Degree/Diploma in Industrial Relations / Personnel Management / Labour Welfare / MSW / MA (Public Administration) / LLB from a recognized University/Institution
- Experience: Minimum 60% marks with 2 years’ experience
3. Management Trainee (HR):
- Qualification: Two years full-time PG Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / HR Management OR Two years full-time MBA (HRM) from a recognized University/Institution
- Marks: Minimum 60% marks
- Skill: Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory
4. Management Trainee (Quality Control):
- Qualification: M.Sc. (Agri.) with specialization in Agronomy / Seed Technology / Plant Breeding & Genetics from a recognized University/Institution
- Marks: Minimum 60% marks
- Skill: Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory
5. Management Trainee (Elect. Engg.):
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech. (Electrical Engg. / Electrical & Electronics Engg.) from recognized University/Institute
- Marks: Minimum 60% marks
- Skill: Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory
6. Sr. Trainee (Vigilance):
- Qualification: MBA (HR) / Two years PG Degree/Diploma in Industrial Relations / Personnel Management / Labour Welfare / MSW / MA (Public Administration) / LLB from a recognized University/Institution
- Marks: Minimum 55% marks
- Skill: Knowledge of MS-Office
7. Trainee (Agriculture):
- Qualification: B.Sc. (Agri.) from a recognized University
- Marks: Minimum 60% marks
- Skill: Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory
8. Trainee (Quality Control):
- Qualification: B.Sc. (Agri.) from recognized University/Institution
- Marks: Minimum 60% marks

9. Trainee (Marketing):
- Qualification: B.Sc. (Agri.) from a recognized University
- Marks: Minimum 60% marks

10. Trainee (Human Resources): – Qualification: Graduate from a recognized University – Marks: Minimum 60% marks – Skill: Knowledge of MS-Office and computer typing with speed of 30 WPM in English; Hindi typing (25 WPM) desirable
11. Trainee (Stenographer): – Qualification: Sr. Secondary & equivalent with three years Diploma in Office Management OR Graduate with Certificate course of Stenography – Marks: Minimum 60% marks – Skill: Proficiency in computer operation, working knowledge of Hindi language, Office Management, and excellent communication skills – Tests: Shorthand Test (80 wpm) and Computer Typing Test (30 wpm) in English
12. Trainee (Accounts): – Qualification: B.Com from a recognized University – Marks: Minimum 60% marks – Skill: Knowledge of MS-Office and computer application is mandatory
13. Trainee (Agriculture Stores): – Qualification: B.Sc. (Agri.) from a recognized University – Marks: Minimum 60% marks – Skill: Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory
14. Trainee (Engineering Stores): – Qualification: Three years Diploma in Agriculture Engineering / Mechanical Engineering OR ITI certificate in relevant trades – Marks: Minimum 55% marks (Diploma) / 60% marks (ITI) – Apprenticeship: One-year trade apprenticeship training in any industry with NAC Examination by NCVT
15. Trainee (Technician): – Qualification
